Getting ready for Hong Kong...

Gabe and I will be headed to Hong Kong, China the first week of June. We are really excited! Most of the week we will be attending a conference, but we will have a couple of days to play. I'm currently working on putting together a list of healthy foods we can eat on our trip. It's hard to think of things that would be healthy, fresh and easy to pack. Most of the time we end up with junk food that doesn't make us feel good in the long run. So far, I have the following list:
Peanut Butter
Dried Fruit (raisins, apricots, mangos, apples, prunes, etc...)
Trail Mix
Apples
Almonds
Whole Wheat Bagels
That's all I can think of at the moment.
